EMBODIED
​LEADERSHIP 

The concept of embodied leadership is derived from embodied coaching, a unique approach that brings the body forward as a place for change and transformation. It is influenced by many body-oriented disciplines, especially martial arts. It brings the body back into the business world, but in an accessible and non-threatening way.

In our approach we explore with simple yet powerful exercises how you can gain natural power and impact as a leader by being aware of your felt sense and by being connected with yourself.

Embodied Leadership is about being fully present and dropping the defensive mask of self-protection. Embodied leaders act out of freedom instead of their personality pattern. They allow themselves to be transparent and accessible as a human being. At Embodied Transformation you learn to lead at a deeper, more fundamental level.​

In many organizations trauma manifests itself as the blocked energy behind attitude problems, resistance, taboos, conflicts, lack of initiative and overly formalized procedures.

We invite you to make your own internal journey to overcome trauma and to help your organization to unleash its full potential. Trauma sensitive leaders are able to sense their personal blockages and those of other people. By their self-aware attitude they are able to free stuck energy, rebuild resilience and open the creative power within their organizations.

In our programs you learn first of all how to recognize your own triggers and to autoregulate yourself. By doing so, you step out of a reactive attitude into a responsive attitude. You learn to stay present with whatever happens around you. Out of a state of awareness and availability you are able to co-regulate when other people are in tension or overwhelmed.

You will learn relational competences that create a safe environment and invite people to share their vulnerability and connect with eachother. Your systemic awareness will grow so you are able to take decisions from a larger perspective than mechanical cause and effect thinking.

Through our Executive Presence program you will become aware of the energy you express. We help you to better manage your personal space so you can affect your environment and those in it in a positive, non-verbal way. We support you how to master your inner neurological system, in order to express safety and inclusion. 

As a result you will have the impact that you want to have, also in situations that are currently not comfortable for you. You will be able to really connect with yourself and others and to convey your message concisely and clearly while radiating confidence and credibility. You will become a leader that your employees would like to follow, who is trusted by your colleagues and in which senior leaders believe.
